Originally from Patagonia, Argentina, Ana is a former teacher turned bartender with seven years of hospitality experience and a deep passion for mezcal and agave spirits. With her storytelling flair and love for flavour, she’ll guide you through three vibrant spirit categories — agave, sugarcane, and grape — exploring the culture and craft behind each one.
